I love birthdays

Birthdays are my favourite day of the year - even better than Christmas and Easter.  It is the one day of the year that is all yours (well except if you are a twin, triplet or share a birthday with a family member lol).  As you may have read in an earlier post, Mitchell, our eldest son recently turned the big 1-0.  To say he was excited is an understatement.  For weeks all he would talk about is what kind of party he would like to have and constantly ask how many friends he could invite.  In the end he settled for a sleepover pool party with a handful of mates from school.  Seeing his face on the day of the party was definitely worth all the anticipation and planning on his part ;)

Played around with layers and washi tape again on this layout. Loving anything aqua/turquoise/orange at the moment.  Check out those birthday flair buttons - totally cute hey?! They are from Gail at Greatest View. LOVE her stuff!!!
